Why Your Analytics Won't Find This

Most analytics answers “what did users do?” It can't answer “what were they thinking?” A recording shows a user leaving a pricing page; it doesn't say whether the price was too high, the inclusions were unclear, or broken information scent meant they couldn't find their way back to the overview.
